• Pertama Toolnya sama ISPCE
• Download ISPCE
• Download Config ISPCE

• Kedua PD Proxy untuk koneksi VPN
• Download PD Proxy
• Registrasi account PD Proxy di sini (Free-Limit acces),tidak apa2 limit yang penting masih gratis :D
•  Pilih Server & Protocol "Demo Server" > TCP
• Tekan Connect

• Proxifier untuk merubah koneksi ke localhost
• Download Proxifier
• Download Config Proxifier

• Ultarsurf untuk membuat koneksi Anonymous :D
• Download Ultrasurf 10.17 
• Seting proxy Ultrasurf ke Auto Proxy 
• Tunggu sampai "Succesfully  connected to server"

• Seting Browser ke Manual Proxy 127.0.0.1:9666
